About Me

I specialize in topics related to relationships, sexuality, emotions, communication, and changing behaviors. I support clients who want to understand themselves and why they do the things they do, strengthen their relationships, communicate better, manage their emotions, create or break habits, and/or have more pleasure in their sex life. Whether your goals are relational or personal, I am here to support you!

My work includes building skills that apply across the world, from the workplace to the bedroom. It may include practicing tools for coping with stress, chronic pain, and/or other difficulties by incorporating breathing and other mind-body practices. Sometimes, it is just about having someone to talk about what you’re going through and feeling heard and seen.

Many of my clients present with a variety of concerns related to sexual desire, erectile issues, difficulties reaching orgasm, pain during sexual encounters, and out-of-control sexual behavior (sex addiction or porn addiction). Some have a history of painful experiences that interfere in the maintenance and enjoyment of physical and/or emotional intimacy. I believe sex is not a box apart from the rest of our lives and often problems in the bedroom parallel issues outside of it.

I support couples in building structures in their relationship that help them navigate whatever life throws their way. It is not as much as the specific topics we discuss but how we do them. From couples who just started their relationship to couples who have been together over 30 years, I help them explore their communication dynamics, conflict management strategies, and making effective repairs. My work also includes helping relationships rebuild trust after an affair, figuring out their non-negotiables, and at times it has involved supporting them through negotiating separation.

I also help clients exploring their erotic self, uncover sources of shame, understand and embrace their kink, explore practices such as BDSM, gain better insight into their “turn-ons” and “turn-offs”, and the way they experience and express their sexuality. Additionally, I support partners who are in consensually non-monogamous relationships. Read more information about sex counseling as a Clinical Sexologist here.

I’ve worked with clients from all paths of life. My role is to hold space for you to feel it is safe to explore all aspects of your life, history, and yourself. I’m sex positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, and welcome neurodiversity. I am bilingual (Spanish/English).
